Bottom Loading Furnace is capable of operating at temperatures up to 1650oC in air. The furnace utilizes 1800oC molydisilicide heating elements positioned on three sides of the internal chamber. The furnace utilizes an energy efficient insulation package consisting of graded ceramic-fiber, high temperature insulation. It is an ideal tool for materials annealing and sintering.

Heating elements are made of Kanthal A1 wire and backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy. The temperature control unit consists of micro-processor based PID controller cum indicator. The apparatus is complete with one pyrometer, thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, and main lead with power plug to work on 220/230Volts AC or 400/440 Volts AC.
