Features:

• Pre-fabricated modular panel type construction with PUF insulation to be assembled on site with floor panels having extra reinforcement to sustain the movement and sample load inside the chamber. It is provided with effective air circulation system, refrigeration system, humidity system, multi pane vacuum sealed observation glass window, chamber illumination and stainless steel racks and perforated trays
• Microprocessor-based PID controller with auto tuning for accurate control of temperature and humidity conditions and printer interface facility to store data and to print it directly on a printer with variable print time interval
• A Single point temperature and humidity scanner with printer interface
• Door Access Security System with smart cards / bio-metrics and software to authorize and to monitor door accessibility
• Heating: Indirect heating system is provided in our units, comprising of Stainless steel sheathed air heaters of suitable wattage.. The warm air is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through efficient motor fans ensuring a very good temperature sensitivity..The heaters will be placed in the conditioning plenum such that there is no direct radiation from the heaters onto the test specimen. Heater outputs are controlled through a SSR for superior stability and control in temperature
• Cooling: We use ISI marked high end High Capacity ultra-low temperature Semi – Hermetic. The compressors are mounted on anti vibration pads for better physical stability and Eco friendly Non-CFC refrigerant R-404a is used. An air-cooled condenser specially designed for tropical climates is driven by a co-axial fan. The heat exchanger coils are Inner grooved copper tubes and are finned for maximum heat transfer. For special purposes hot gas bypass systems are used for protection against No-Load condition
• Temperature Range: Temperature range of our standard Chamber is 0o c to 90o c. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers
• Temperature Sensitivity: Temperature inside our walk-in incubator are controlled with a sensitivity of 1 o c or better
• Illumination: Our units are provided with door operated illumination system comprising of fluorescent lights
• Humidity Range: 20% to 80% (Humidity Applicable as per the Temperature Humidity Graph Attached)
• Humidification
• Humidity inside the chamber us provided by steam generated through heating water with the help of immersion type heater. A water reservoir is provided in the machine with heaters and controls for this purpose, to achieve 90 to 96% 3% RH (non adjustable ) If desired the same can be done through aerosol humidifier

Safety Features:

• Chambers are provided with safety cut offs and alarms at centrally located places including one at the gate
• Special door lock is provided which can be opened from inside even if locked from outside
• An emergency bell switch is also provided inside the chamber
• Dedicated Safety system to shut off the humidity system and chamber shut down in case of overshoot or undershoot of temperature or humidity with audio visual alarm.
• Thermostatic safety system is provided as an additional safety feature.
